Turn ill-equipped units into war winners and send them off to victory.

You are in command of a military refit center, with units in various stages of repair coming in. You take from the supplies available to best outfit them and send them off to war. Each unit put out moves you closer to victory.

You'll go through a series of yearly campaigns. As time goes on, more advanced equipment comes into play. If you can win 3 campaigns in a row against 2 enemies, you win. But beware, if the war devolves to a stalemate... you lose.

Complexity is low, with a typical campaign completion in less than 15 minutes.
